About
The idea of Oxyville was born out of an organic, sub-urban farm in Melmaruvathur, where the founders settled in 2009. We found keen interest amongst family and friends who decided to invest in land within our premises. The greenery in Oxyville has since matured, and now the family have decided to bring their urban construction expertise to build beautiful villas with a personal touch.
Our roots are based on the conviction that sustainable housing is paramount to great living for all. With that in mind, we are carefully selecting the right people to become a community of like-minded people. We believe together we can create a joyous and secure living for everyone.

We have been building homes since 1995 all over South India. If you are looking for someone who you can trust your money with, we can certainly help with that until your well-built house becomes a beautiful home.
Interiors
We can provide you with high-quality and low-cost interiors and woodwork too. We have in place, teams and partners who work with top interior firms. You don't need to coordinate between multiple agencies anymore.
Landscaping
Plants are perhaps the most important aspect of a beautiful home. We have botanists and plant biologists as consultants to develop your garden to your taste and needs – whether it's sunflowers or tomatoes.
Homes
To encourage social cohesion of the community and preserve the aesthetics of the view, we offer three different designs for you to choose from. Each specially developed by our team of architects, caters to individual lifestyle and background. More importantly, you have the freedom to choose your plot size and floor-plan as per your budget. You can throw in a dipping-pool or make a large vegetable garden.
