Our villas are designed to take advantage of the fertile red-soil of Tamil Nadu. Depending on the plot size, we can create a functioning vegetable garden where you can grow your own organic food. In fact, our gardeners can even tend to it daily for a small fee. A dish from your own garden has a special taste indeed.

PERSONNEL
To run a gated-community like the one we are setting up at Melmaruvathur, skilled and dedicated professional personnel are required. Oxyville Homes will be staffed with 24-hour security and well as caretakers who are appointed after a complete, third-party, background check. They will be trained to handle emergencies and can guide the society-members if the need arises.
EQUIPMENT
To enable the personnel to function at their best, we will provide them with the best equipment and training to use it. They will have emergency lights, comm-radio and safety equipment at all times. The property will be fully equipped with security cameras with recording that's held off-site via encrypted data. It will be accessible only via the Society's main office thus protecting individual privacy.

The largest disturbance to peace obviously are motor vehicles, as is the the unnecessary habitual honking by drivers. Our society-rules categorically prohibit honking within the property. Only vehicles of the owners are allowed to the homes, and guest parking is provide separately. Any car or motorcycle with loud exhausts are strictly prohibited too.

Nature is an important aspect of Oxyville Homes. We are focused on providing as much greenery within our premises as possible. Most other communities cover available space with maintenance-free interlock tiles, creating a sterile atmosphere. Our aim is to provide lawns and flowers, and a 40-foot well that is 'alive' and draws birds to the vicinity.
PONDS
Water bodies are an essential part of life and no less important than plants. At Oxyville, we have made sure there are plenty of water features such as small ponds and bird-fountains around the property. Furthermore, we also have the option of lily ponds within your plot. The extra plumbing and wiring required will be incorporated into the construction of your villa.
